Repositioning

Kazoo are a PR communications agency specialising in consumer technology, entertainment and retail who approached us for their rebrand after seeing our successful work for Major Players. Originally founded by Kate & Sue, hence the name Kazoo, the new blood at the company wanted to re-fresh and create a brand with not only a more global image, but one that represented the youth, energy and ambition of the new team and their target audience. We researched the worlds of gaming, robotics, Japanese animation and packaging, before developing a marque that had a friendly, playful character of its own, that projected communication and positivity, with a contemporary edge. A simple palette of silver foil and white gave them a modern, clean, technological feel and for their launch pack we introduced an intriguing shot of a rocket launch to set the tone of onwards and upwards.
