The creative concept we presented to the recruitment company Major Players centred on ‘the journey’ - finding your way and being in a better place. We developed an instantly recognisable and highly impactful visual language of global landscapes and urban scenes that spoke in a calm, considered and confident way to a design-savvy clientele. Understated typography and carefully considered words helped create an almost religious cult feel to the brand; ‘We’re MajorPlayers... we help people find their way'. Their logo-type was designed to be a sign off rather than a traditional logo; understated and suggesting a conversation, with the three dots hinting that there was more to come, and that the journey starts here... The new identity and it's application across various media successfully repositioned the company as the leading recruitment firm in the UK.
